Norwegian Cinnamon Buns with Cacao Nibs and Orange Zest Cream Cheese Frosting. The month of May means Mother’s Day and Autumn here in Australia, so breakfast in bed seemed an only fitting inspiration and a very cosy way to enjoy this recipe! I added a sprinkle of cacao nibs to the filling, a little crunch with subtle flavour amongst the warmth of the cinnamon - then instead of the typical breakfast accompaniment of an orange juice, I mixed the juice and zest from half an orange into a cream cheese frosting.
