I am a big fan of baking with yeast and was pleased to find the recipe for Norwegian Cinnamon Buns for the May Cookalong challenge. I buy them often in Scandinavian bakeries in Soho, but didn't have a recipe to bake them myself so far. Really pleased with the result - as the baking tin was not big enough, I baked the remaining buns in small ramekins.
