My wife and daughter are Finnish so these are a regular treat in our house- I'm always the one who makes them though. I used a lot more cinnamon than recommended which gives a great cinnamon crust when it oozes out. They don't last very long. As you can see from the photo one of them disappeared before I even got my camera out.
