I made these buns together with my older daughter Lily. She is - as all women in my family - a good cook from a very early age and she likes baking sweets. She would like to have her first cookbook and so we are entering our cinnamon creation. It was delicious, the family needed 5 minutes to make them disappear! We actually used a paella pan and worked only with farmer-quality butter. We used active yeast (most common in our country) - 42 g package - and let it rise for 1 hour. The dough was airy and light and the high quality butter gives it a stronger buttery scent.
