From beginning I knew I might end up eating a lot so I halved the recipe and made 9 buns. It came out perfect. Light and fluffy and gorgeous. The whole family enjoyed eating them even my one year old daughter. To make the buns I used homemade butter than I whipped from homemade yogurt (made from raw milk) . The butter has a tang from the yogurt and made it even more delicious. I was very happy that my daughter loved eating her first cinnamon bun!
