What a tasty summertime treat! I noticed that American conversions are different in the recipe on the website and the recipe in the Nigella Summer cookbook. Is the website recipe the correct one? I used the recipe in the cookbook for this specific cake and the cake/meringue was not as thick as it was when I made it last year using the website recipe.
