I made this cake for a joyous Eid celebration and it was an absolute hit with everyone! I added in some fresh kiwi fruit for some pop of colour and the mirangue and cream were the perfect compliment. The cake was light and fluffy and all-round heavenly. I was a bit worried that the mirangue wouldn't cook through, but I took the plunge and it was so worth it :)
