This cake is amazing. The combination of the soft sponge and crisp meringue was fabulous. The only change I made was added fresh raspberries and blackberries along with the sliced strawberries. I made it for friends and we all agreed, it is definitely going to be the cake of the summer. Fresh, light, delicate and absolutely delicious!
