My raspberry chocolate pavlova for 12 persons. Always an enormous success! This time I made it for a summer evening outdoor dinner with my ladies golf team to celebrate our promotion to the Dutch premier league. I had already served them the capuccino pavlova at an other occassion. They had trouble deciding which of the two is their favorite.
