Pavlova is a staple in my family for mostly every celebration, though this Chocolate Raspberry Pavlova is a celebration in itself! I added a luscious layer of raspberry curd between the chocolatey meringue and cream and to be further generous with the raspberries, I dusted over some freeze dried raspberry powder. Such beautiful colours, textures and taste - this pavlova is everything!
