A great winter dessert for a family get together in country NSW, Australia. After an afternoon of horse riding in the fresh air, this was perfect to come inside too. Just like a brownie, but better!! My children loved helping, particularly with the decorating. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. I whip until I can't feel any sugar crystals when I rub some mixture between my fingers. A quick and easy dessert to whip up!!
