I made a Pavlova cake by making two smaller chocolate meringue discs and filling them with a pale pink raspberry whipped cream (a little jam did the trick) and fresh raspberries. I then added a thin layer of raspberry cream over the top and piped some vanilla whipped cream in the center, shaving some chocolate over the top. It had a pretty neopolitan look about it, and was incredibly tasty! Thanks again for a great recipe idea!
