For my 29th birthday, I followed your recipe to make a treat for my colleagues and friends at work! They enjoyed it pretty much! As a twist I spreaded a lemon and honey topping on the pavlova before the whipped cream. The finishing fruit layer I ordened so it looked like a brain MRI scan, hence that's what we do for work.
