Delightful! Emphasis on the "light" Soft, fluffy meringue with smoothly whipped cream and fresh tart raspberries. What more could a girl ask for? There is always a tiny bit of guilt in making large desserts, for which I am the only one to actually eat them in my household. But guilt can't possibly be present when enjoying something like a miniature dessert, especially when you add ground hazelnut into the mixture to pay homage to my favourite chocolates "Ferrero Rocher"
