This is my first Pavlova ever. I must say that I was scared to fail even that my family told me hundreds of times to make it. Being for a very special occasion - 18 years of marriage - makes it more special. I didn't found raspberry so I used strawberries and a touch of lime zest on top. It is a little big , but my family and I will surely love it. Thank you for the recipe and the courage that you transmitted me to make it.
