I had to use all sorts of berries I could find in the marketplace, some of them juicy, some of them sour, but I sprinkled the kuchen with powdered sugar in the end and it was delicious. I used fresh yeast, which meant more flour so I ended up using a larger tray and got more kuchen. Hurray! Thank you for the recipe!
