Mixed Berry Kuchen I mixed up the fruit on this as I'm not a huge apple fan (I used chopped pear instead) and I love the tanginess of mixed berries with the sweet crumble topping. My favourite thing about this recipe was the hint of vanilla, lemon zest and cinnamon in the dough which gives it a lovely fragrant taste.
