My pumpkin-decorated cookies were a huge success! I baked them for my daughter's school bake sale. In the past, I haven’t rolled the dough out prior to refrigerating but this time I did. I rolled the dough out and put it on parchment paper and refrigerated it overnight. The cookie dough was so much easier to work with!
