Made my own pumpkin purée, and colour of pumpkin was lighter than I expected, but the finished cheesecake has been well received in our house- by adults and children alike-- cinnamon in biscuit base was a good addition, complimented pumpkin nicely. My first cookalomg entry-- so here goes!
