Christmas tree cupcakes with lights and chocolate snow topped cupcakes. the process went well, I added chocolate decorations and designed a christmas tree decoration with green sugar paste and sugar strands to give an impression of xmas lights, the baking cases have santa hats on them, very christmasy! children and adults would love these I hope. I sure felt the childlike christmas excitement making them, such fun. Elaine Hartigan
