
As always with Nigella's recipes, it was a very easy baking process. I made the dough and the icing while my toddler was having lunch and believe me, he eats very fast! Then I finished it off during his nap. There is something incredibly soothing about watching a dollop of shiny, white icing spreading out on the dark cupcake. Thank you for the recipe and for making me feel christmassy!
