I was so excited to read about this competition, so I looked in my cupboard...all ingredients there except the instant coffee. So i made a strong espresso and filled the rest with water. And I used square cupcake cases instead of rounds. But the best is, that they taste heavenly! Thanks Nigella for sharing this recipe with us.
