My cupcakes did not have chocolate or sour cream, I put in 12 oz. Of pumpkin and roasted squash, pureed. My spices were cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. 2:1:1:.05. I put in 1/2 c. Of California raisins soaked in 1 T. Vanilla 4 T. Rum 4 T. Molasses and I added liquid coffee to make 1\2 cup. I melted white chocolate and added some green color then piped little Christmas trees with long stems for poking into the cupcake, and put sprinkles on them. I piped white cream cheese icing on top and poked the tree on top in the center.
