Gingerbread cupcake with chocolate icing base (to help keep the pudding sturdy) topped with rice crispie Christmas puddings (marshmallow, chocolate and butter) and melted white chocolate that my three year old son helped with. Getting the rice crispies into a ball was the challenging part as we couldn’t wait for them to cool. Greedy problems :)Very kid friendly and very festive! Lots of fun to make indeed.
