Following Nigella's fabulous recipe, here are some absolutely scrumptious Christmas cupcakes. Swapped the cranberries for sweet red treats as my daughter, Keira, preferred them (she also HAD to have 3 leafs!). Absolutely loved this recipe and will be making them for xmas day. Tried to turn up the volume on my 'snow' icing too, with an attempt at a homemade icing pipe thingy. Hope you like them!
