Nigella's Venetian Carrot Cake was always a favourite of my friends and myself so it got many baking opportunities. When a new carrot cake recipe was aired on At My Table I was quick to try it. And it IS amazing too. Easier to make than the Venetian version but equally scrumptious. I am a very messy cook, particularly when it comes to carrot gratings. I manage to get carrots pretty much everywhere. I know that Nigella won't judge me! I have been known to almost forget the carrots which are waiting patiently on the counter for their turn. But so far, so good. This carrot cake is another pleasure that will get a regular gig!
