Absolutely delicious. Wouldn’t change a thing Nigella. The taste of ginger in the velvety icing leaves warmth in your mouth, with that added crunch that pops from the walnuts. I just love the moist taste of all the lngredients from the texture of the carrots to the zing of the chyrstallised ginger. Just love it.
