What a beautiful cake! I made a few changes to the recipe like adding a bit of cinnamon powder and substituting the ginger on top for some grated carrots (I'm a real big carrot fan). I am very much looking forward to finally cutting the cake and taking a bite. Taking pictures of such a delicious looking cake takes heaps of patience! - Timo
