My soya gluten chocolate (dairy free) muffin cakes. 8oz gluten free flour, 8oz of cater sugar, 8oz of soya margarine, 1tble spoon soya milk, 2tsp baking powder, dairy free chocolate powder ( I use Tesco’s free-from range other supermarkets do the same)mix marg and sugar till soft fluffy sift flour and baking powder and chocolate powder add eggs and milk and mix till dropping consistency add a little more milk if needed place muffin cases in a tin add mixture blend in a pre warm oven gas mark 4 for 20 mins or till cooked test with cake pricker till come out clean remove cool ice cakes with soya margarine and icing sugar butter cream add chunks if dairy free chocolate ENjoy
