My favourite part of this recipe is the line: "do not panic at the vision of imperfection in front of you." This may become a motto for my life! I had to stay at home alone this Easter as I'm on call (I missed Christmas with my family for the same reason) and getting regular updates from all the fun (and food) I'm missing out on in Suffolk. So this bake was a wonderful way to occupy my time and to make my family a little jealous of my Easter. Thank you for bringing a little joy and a lot of chocolate, to my kitchen!
