Oh my! This cake was absolutely heavenly! It was easy to make and the finished cake was chocolately rich but surprisingly light. I added just a touch of instant espresso powder to the cake which added an extra dimension to the flavor. Chocolate, espresso, vanilla and whipped cream...pure yummyness!
