This amazing recipe appeared in my inbox just in time for my daughter’s birthday on 7th March. She and her husband voted this the best ever!!!! I swapped the Easter eggs for juicy strawberries (one of our 5-a-day ????) and stuck in the obligatory candles! A real winner, and gluten-free to boot!
