Using locally made Easter Bunnies to create an Easter Cake to share at work. First time I’ve made the recipe and it was very successful - so light! I had to heat the chocolate cream in microwave for a short amount of time to make it spreadable as it had to be pre-made as an Easter Bunny would have difficulty having space to hop in our work kitchen.
