I have made Nigellas Lemon Curd Pavlova more times then I can count. I have made it so many times that I have now begun to modify and change it up a bit; at Christmas I made a wreath using Nigella recipe using fresh berries and Mint leaves to decorate and a sprinkle of icing sugar for the snow. My favourite recipe is this one and I keep getting asked time and time again to make it. Every family occasion my pavlova takes centre stage!
