Such a beautiful recipe and the fluffy white clouds of meringue and bright yellow curd have really put me in a summer mood! In my (slightly extravagant) version I’ve added limoncello to the cream and a sprinkle of edible glitter on top - because there’s not much a dash of booze and a bit of sparkle can’t improve ✨
