This lucious citrus delight was my first foray in cooking lemon curd and pavlova. To date, this is my most successful and delicious first-time bake, and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Tips: If you don't know your oven well, keep a very close eye on it and be prepared to lower the temperature. I don't enjoy overly sugary food so I lowered the sugar in the curd (not the pavlova). Keep the egg whites for your next creation!
