I absolutely love meringues, pavlova and lemons, so when I saw this wonderful recipe I just had to make it!! I love lemons so much I doubled the amount of lemon juice in the curd to make it extra lemony. It turned out brilliantly, just took a bit longer for the curd to thicken. One of my favourite desserts ever!
