I changed up the components a bit but stuck to the basic pav recipe only switching out lemon juice and zest for grapefruit. I used a grapefruit curd instead of the lemon and added vanilla bean paste to the whipped cream. I also added a few fresh blueberries to the scattering of toasted almonds on top. I and my family absolutely adore making and eating this pavlova!
