Baking this cake was a delight. Then decorating it with roses from my climbing rose just added the magic touch and made the cake scream out 'eat me'. The colour of the roses and pistachios combined on top of this cake make the cake too good to not try a piece or 2. I can hear the pistachios and roses dancing on top so ive given it a title "Rosie lets get nutty together"
