This is one of the most divine recipe by Nigella ....!!! I didn't have the opportunity to use dry fruits in cakes earlier and when I tasted it ... I was so amused and surprised at the delicious smell , with such less appliances and no classic ingredients like butter and flour. I used rose water as toppings for pears with white chocolate ganache as it was apt and brought exquisite flavour. With cool rose sherbet as perfect match.
