La mia versione di questa torta buonissima, si scioglie in bocca ed è profumatissima. Si è cotta alla perfezione, rimanendo bella alta e soffice, al taglio le fette risultano perfette. Ho sostituito l'acqua di rose, con liquore alle rose e cannella. La confettura che ho utilizzato per la copertura è una confettura di pere. Ho utilizzato pistacchi salati e non salati in pari quantità. Le rose sono quelle del mio giardino. Translation: "My version of this delicious cake melts in your mouth and is very fragrant.
