
Hi Nigella and team, My very first strawberry shortcakes and first ever entry into the cookalong...! I very much enjoyed making them; freezing and then grating butter was a fun new baking experience for me. Since I've never tasted shortcake before (I'm Dutch), I had them tested by an Englishman I know, who's very picky when it comes to food, to see if they'd pass the test.
