Hello Nigella.com, I've been following the Cookalong for some time, but this cake finally got me moving. Chocolate, honey and I could make my own bees! :) I was surprised by the liquidity of the batter, I didn't trust my brand new Battenberg tin to hold it, but it did. I chose square tin because it somehow reminded me of the honeycomb. Also I was suspicious of the amount of sugar added, but that turned out to be just fine, too. The cake is scrumptious! My family all love chocolate cakes, but this one might beat all with the lovely texture and gooey glaze. And there's the bees, of course. Thank you again for great recipe. I must use the Feast book more often! Teri
