I made this cake for my husband's birthday. The weather was extremely hot, so everything took very long to cool down. I made two layers and filled them with tart apricot jam to balance the sweetness of honey and chocolate. Both the cake batter and the glaze were surprisingly runny, but the cake turned out very tasty. Thanks for the challenge!
