I made two cakes out of the mix because I felt the urge to use my flower cake tin & it wouldn't hold it all. I made the marzipan, (I really don't like shop bought). It's a delicious cake, even without the icing. Tastes like black treacle, we love it. One to put on my 'must do again' list
