Once cooked, I cut the cake in half then spread a thin layer of honey and a generous amount of cream (whipped with icing sugar & vanilla). I used yellow fondant icing to make the bees. I found the recipe easy to follow although it cooked in just over an hour. The cake was delicious. I never would have thought to combine chocolate and honey but the result was delicious.
