My dad's girlfriend Claudia is a no fuss kinda gal and she loves, flowers, berries, cheesecake, lemon and anything that can bring her back to her home in Ukraine, even for a moment. This No Fuss Fruit Tart was the perfect sweet to celebrate her special day and give her a taste of home. I've always wanted to make Lemon Curd so this was an absolutely delightful recipe to experiment with and have a lot of fun with. Everyone thought it was from a local bakery and so Nigella has some new fans.
