This recipe was such a breeze to make yet looks so impressive, it will definitely become one of my go to recipes. I made mini versions in cupcake tins so that I could add my kids’ favourite berries on theirs. I ended up using raspberries, strawberries, bilberries I picked in the forest and some of the last red currants from my garden for this season. Thank you, Nigella <3
