I love making this hassle free summer fruit tart. Although it's winter in sydney but the fruit are still delicious, sweet and juice. I made my own lemon curd in this recipe because I found the store-bought ones are too sweet and not tangy. Well always lovely to have a nice piece of fruit tart on top of the creamy lemon-cheese filling.
