Its my birthday tomorrow, ;) so what better way to celebrate than with this super simple and beautiful tart! The fact that I could made it today, and it sits pretty in the fridge until tomorrows lunch with a bunch of girl friends is an added bonus! I know its going to taste fantastic, as the recipe needed all but 2 of the biscuits from the packet, so I had a 'sandwich' with them and the filling, YUM!
